As we previousl reported, The Hills reality star, Heidi Montag, celebrated her 21st birthday in Las Vegas with Spencer. You can catch Heidi performing … er lip syncing her new single Higher at her party. Um okay. Let me just say that I am obviously a fan of The Hills, but the last VMA was a disapointing at best. What’s next? Will Heidi be performing at next year’s VMA’s? Whatev.

We just heard word from Sony that LA based band 16 Frames will have another one of their songs featured on MTV The Hills this Monday. As you may or may not know, their song, Let’s Not Pretend got some play a few episodes ago. You can watch the video here of the band performing Let’s Not Pretend.

Lauren Conrad opens up to Seventeen Magazine this month saying Season 3 of The Hills almost did not happen due to her big feud with Heidi Montag.
The Laguna Beach native tells Seventeen magazine:
“I actually came dangerously close to not doing season three, because I really didn’t want to do the show with Heidi and Spencer. I’m not who they are. I don’t stage my own publicity. I just kind of live my life and do my job, and I don’t want to be grouped with them.”
Ouch!
Lauren and the show are still under fire for accusations of being fake and scripted, while being advertised as a reality show. It was recently revealed that all of the cast are paid per episode and Lauen’s paycheck is the biggest of them all.
Obviously, if you are part of the cast on MTV’s hit reality tv show, The Hills, you celebrate your birthday at least twice. TMZ got some footage of Heidi and Spencer leaving Sunset One last night. The pair had just shared a birthday dinner for Heidi. You can watch the footage here if you are interested. The most amusing part is Spencer saying everyone loves them. Whatev.
 I think we can all agree that Lauren would beg to differ.
Poor Lauren LC Conrad had some trouble recently in New York during a taping of Legally Blonde, The Musical. I don’t know if she was having trouble reading the cur cards or just pain tired. Luckily, Audrina and Whitney were on hand to help.
