Our very own Lauren Conrad is covering the new issue of Self Magazine and showing off a very toned physique. The MTV reality tv star admits she had some help with a personal trainer and this is what she had to say about her diet:
I used to love fast food, she says. Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.
I concur with Lauren. For our readers who are not located in Los Angeles, this is fast food heaven out here. It’s everywhere and on every corner. I myself had to go cold turkey.
