Paris Hilton Is On the Move Again as She Puts Home Up For Sale

Paris Hilton

Amid false reports that Paris Hilton was cut out of the family inheritance, the heiress has put her West Hollywood home up for sale.  Paris says everyone knows where she lives now which is very true after the whole media spectacle of her turning herself in to prison.  It really was unfair to her when they did all of that, but I’m sure she will find another lush pad to crash in shortly.

Paris Hilton also released a statement yesterday regarding the cancellation of The Simple Life saying that she and Nicole Ritchie had a good 5 year run and that she was happy the show was ending.  To be honest, I did not even realize the show was still on.  Anyhoo, Paris has been getting acting lessons in preperation of a movie musical she will be filiming in Canada, blah, blah, blah.  Pre prison Paris was a little less boring …

Heidi Montag Stuff Magazine Photos and Interview at TheHillsBlog.info

When an MTV crew showed up at the San Francisco Academy of Art to film one of Heidi Montag’s classmates, she wasn’t too impressed. You see, Heidi had never seen Laguna Beach or its star, Lauren Conrad. But, much to the delight of network execs, the two hit it off and started plotting a move to Los Angeles. The rest was history. Soon Heidi and L.C. were given their own spin-off, The Hills, and Heidi was a breakout star.

For the second season, Heidi has been promoted at her event-planning job with Bolthouse Productions—which means more fun out on the town. The camera-hungry hellcat was as eager to strut her stuff for Stuff’s lens as she is every Monday night at 10 P.M.—and the results speak for themselves.

STUFF: Did you have fun doing our photo shoot?
HEIDI: Oh, I couldn’t wait! I love being sexy, and I’m up for whatever.

So you went from Crested Butte, Colorado, to the Hollywood Hills.
Yeah, and it’s a long way! I’ve loved absolutely every minute of it.

Having cameras follow you around all the time never bothers you?
Reality TV is a really fun, privileged world, and I’m just happy to be a part of it. I mean, if you need a minute to yourself, you aren’t going to get it, but you just have to realize it’s what you signed up for, because those difficult moments are what make for a much better show.

Are any episodes particularly hard for you to watch?
No, I don’t take any of it too seriously. With friends it’s hard sometimes. You’re like, “Wait, I didn’t say that!” Or you say something you don’t want a friend to see and then she sees it, and you’re like, “Ahh, just kidding!”

How about watching the sobfest when you dumped your lame boyfriend Jordan?
That was easy. It was the best decision of my life. I should have done that so much sooner.

Does that mean he and Lauren’s boyfriend Jason won’t be returning this season?
Oh, no! They are so done. They can have their own show called The Valley or something. This season is a million times better. It’s very Sex and the City—a lot more about sex and hooking up with guys, parties we go to and the whole Hollywood scene instead of us just sitting at home with our boyfriends. It’s a much friskier show now.

So no holding back this time?
Definitely not. I was a little more reserved last year, but now I’m like, whatever—I’m going out with a bang.

What’s the weirdest thing about people recognizing you?
When people come up to me and say things like, “You’re prettier in person.” I’m like, “Did you think I was a freak or something?” I don’t really know what to say to people with comments like that. But life after the show is great! It’s nothing but parties, having fun and meeting amazing people.

Which celebrities were you most excited to meet?
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were really nice, but I think the best was when I hung out with Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton.

Did you talk with them about what it’s like to be on reality TV?
Yeah. They have a different version of it, but we’re definitely our own little community.

And just like Paris, you’re recording your own album, right?
Well, it’s under wraps right now, and I’m not sure what the details are, but it’s something I’m passionate about, and you’ll probably see some of it this season.

What kind of music is it?
It’s a mixture of Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Janet Jackson. I want to bring older elements and albums into it, too. It’ll be very sexy and fun; it’ll be very Heidi. [Laughs] I want to make a new genre.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years, hopefully I’ll have a couple of hit albums and do some movies, too.

And in the meantime you’re happy with life on The Hills?
Hey, it’s TV, so whatever. I just take things as they come and try not to have too-high expectations. I’m having a lot of fun, and that’s all that matters!

Pregnant Nicole Ritchie Ordered Back to Los Angeles for Court Hearing in the Morning

No one is above the law these days, including Miss Ritchie.

Nicole Richie flew to Canada with her baby’s daddy, Joel Madden, expecting to avoid going to court on Wednesday, when her DUI trial was supposed to start. Her lawyer went on Tuesday to court asking that the start date be delayed until August.
And she just got denied!!!!
Richie’s attorney is expected in court tomorrow morning at 8:30 A.M. to argue why they should postpone the start date. The judge will rule then to delay the trial or not. Judging from what Paris Hilton just went through, Nic should just show up as humble as possible, pregnant and all. I guess the law is getting sick of these girls out here with all of this mess.

Paris Hilton Released from jail Shortly after Midnight

Paris Hilton left jail Tuesday after a bizarre, three-week stay in which the hotel heiress was briefly released to her Hollywood Hills home, then sent screaming and crying back to a county lockup. The 26-year-old celebutante walked out of the all-women’s jail in Lynwood to an enormous horde of cameras and reporters after midnight. She had checked into the jail, largely avoiding the spotlight, late June 3 after a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards.Hilton smiled as she left the jail, her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her parents, Kathy and Rick, met her in a black SUV as cameras snapped pictures and Hilton, wearing a gold blouse with white trim over a white shirt and black slacks, waved to the crowd. She didn’t say anything, and it wasn’t immediately clear where she was going.”She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left,” said sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.Hilton will complete her probation in March 2009 as long as she keeps her driver’s license current and doesn’t break any laws. She can reduce that time by 12 months if she does community service that could include a public-service announcement, the city attorney’s office has said.Hilton began her 45-day sentence for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. She was mostly confined to a solitary cell in the special needs unit away from the other 2,200 inmates. She spent only three days there and was released with electronic monitoring by Sheriff Lee Baca for an unspecified medical condition that he later said was psychological. The following day Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, who sentenced the hotel heiress, called her back into court and ordered her returned to jail, saying he had not condoned her release.Hilton left the courtroom in tears calling for her mother and shouting, “It’s not right!”She was then taken to the downtown Twin Towers jail, which houses men and the county jail’s medical treatment center, where she underwent medical and psychiatric exams to determine where she should be confined.Hilton’s stay there cost taxpayers $1,109.78 a day, more than 10 times the cost of housing inmates in the general population. The move by Baca caused a firestorm of criticism over whether the celebrity was getting special treatment. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has launched an investigation into whether the multimillionaire received special treatment because of her wealth and fame.At least one person has filed a claim against the county alleging she “had serious medical issues” but was treated much worse than Hilton.A few days into her stint at the Twin Towers medical ward, the heiress revealed in a phone call to Barbara Walters a new outlook on life.”I used to act dumb. It was an act. I am 26 years old, and that act is no longer cute,” Hilton said during the call, according to an account posted June 11 by Walters on ABC’s Web site.”It is not who I am, nor do I want to be that person for the young girls who looked up to me,” Hilton was quoted as saying.Hilton’s path to jail began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her Mercedes-Benz on what she said was a late-night run to a hamburger stand. She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. In the months that followed, she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving with a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer’s courtroom, where he sentenced her to jail.
